Jan co-founded and successfully sold the agency Punchline s.r.o. He has been involved in the communications of several strategic projects in the Czech Republic and Southeast Asia.

Since 2020, he has facilitated more than 500 media placements, including several major interviews with company representatives in outlets such as iDnes, Hospodářské noviny, CzechCrunch, Seznam Zprávy, and Forbes.

Honza gained early experience as a project manager for publicly funded programs in the public sector.

He has been continuously engaged in marketing throughout his professional career, holding sales and management roles across a wide range of marketing campaigns. He began his entrepreneurial journey as a co-founder of a successfully launched e-commerce business.
